The Registered Nurse and Registered Practical Nurse works collaboratively with the patient, their family and the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient driven experience. The Nurse is responsible for delivering quality patient care by providing nursing care to assigned patients with the emphasis on assessment, education, prevention, maintenance and restoration of health.
