What to Bring

When you come to the hospital, please bring your Ontario Health Card, Insurance Information, Hospital Card, and Credit Card.  Please ensure that the hospital receives full payment for any charges that are not covered by OHIP.  A Patient Accounts desk is located on the first floor, close to the main entrance, at the front of the hospital. Please bring to the hospital, only necessities including personal articles such as brush, comb, dental care products (toothbrush and toothpaste), shaving products, skin care products, dressing gown and slippers.  The hospital does not supply these items.  Also bring a list of your current medications. Children are encouraged to bring a favourite toy that does not have any removable parts such as buttons for eyes or nose. Please leave small electric appliances (eg. Radios, hair dryers, etc,) at home, as they may not be authorized for use at the hospital. Please leave money and valuables at home. The use of cell phones is not permitted within the hospital.
