Cellular phones and two-way radios may adversely affect medical equipment in the hospital in unpredictable ways that may compromise patient care and safety. 

Therefore, the use of cellular phones is prohibited in the Nursery, Delivery Room, Operating Room, ICU and the Emergency Department.

The use of two-way radios is not permitted in the hospital.
