There are five Community Psychiatric Services functioning as outpatient mental health programs of AMGH. The services are located in Clinton, Exeter, Goderich, Seaforth and Wingham.
The service provides treatment to individuals 16-years-of-age and over with serious mental health issues.
Services provided includes therapy groups, psychosocial rehabilitation groups, skill based educational groups, individual counselling, advocacy and psychiatric consultation. The three consulting psychiatrists provide clinics at all the sites. Referral can be made by: Psychiatrists, Physicians, social service agencies and consumers.
