Contacting A Patient 

Alexandra Marine and General Hospital recognizes that patient care involves support from family and friends. Patients may be contacted at AMGH by:

1. Phone

At 519-524-8689

i)  and then enter the extension of the patients room

ii) or by calling the number above and pressing zero to reach the operator

2. Mail

Letters and cards may be presented to the patient’s attention at:

           N7A 1W5

In cases when the patient is no longer in the hospital, the mail will be forwarded or returned to the sender.

3. E-Mail 

AMGH patient e-mail service is a free service that offers the opportunity for loved ones to keep in touch during a hospital stay. To use this service, simply fill in the boxes below with your message and patients formal name. Your message will be printed and delivered to your loved one.
