Busting A Move For Breast Cancer

Four Goderich women are busting a move for a great cause.

Melissa Peeters, Donna Ritchie, Lucy Sedlak and Theresa Thomas will exercise all day at Bust a Move for Breast Health, a fitness fundraising event April 6.

The local women are part of the Shoppers Drug Mart Optimum Breast Team and they hope to raise $30,000 to help those affected by breast cancer. Bust a Move will unite hundreds of breast health supporters for the daylong fundraising event.

Donations will support the Shoppers Drug Mart Optimum Breast Team and support research, patient care, comfort items and medical equipment at St. Joseph's Breast Care Centre in London.

To donate, go to bustamove.ca and click ‘support a participant'. The local participants will also accept cash or cheques made out to St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation – Bust a Move.

Donors who pledge $10 or more will get a receipt for income tax purposes from St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation.
